Our TEOM team recently ran two developement days over a weekend.

TEOM centres and celebrates lived experience. All the work we do has lived experience at it's heart, and it's the starting point for everything we do. As part of this, we specialise in creating flexible paid work oppurtunities, that are accessible to people who have been excluded from the workforce. You'll find once you adapt to include them, they are often the people who have the most valuable insights and skills.

This was the first time we've all managed to be together in the same room in quite a while, and it was lovely to see both our newer and more familiar faces. As one TEOM Lived Experience Expert put it - 'I feel like I've finally found my people'.
