We occasionally run funded training for free or at a reduced rate. We also offer bespoke training packages for organisations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bespoke Training<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Looking for something not on the list? TEOM can support your service users to train you!<\/p>\n<p>Would you like more insight into the needs of your clients or service users? Are you planning a new project or product? Perhaps you\u2019re sick of running focus groups that nobody turns up to?<\/p>\n<p>TEOM\u2019s bespoke training package is completely unique, as we employ your service users to design and deliver the training for you. Within our flexible package, we can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather users to take part<\/li>\n<li>Use a variety of methods to learn from people about their lived experience, wants and needs<\/li>\n<li>Support and reward users to design creative and impactful training<\/li>\n<li>Train and support them to deliver it to you, with help from our TEOM training team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not only will you have valuable insights into the needs of the people you support, you will also create valuable opportunities for them to build their confidence and skills, and gain amazing work experience which they can list on their CV.<\/p>\n<h2>Oliver McGowan Training<\/h2>\n<p><strong><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer Tier 1, Tier 2, Facilitator training, and Co-Trainer training.
